I love the orange colored sky of dusk and dawn… These palm trees silhouettes with the orange sun low in the sky create a beautiful image. I can picture myself in Florida, relaxing and enjoying the view.

What a great giclee print this would be to bring a little tropical feeling inside. Perfect for warming up those cold blustery winter days.

Bright red and yellow flower blossoms make a lovely photograph. These Gaillardia flower plants were for sale at a farmers market and were a perfect photo opportunity. This variety of Gaillardia (grandiflora) is Arizona Sun. A great name for such bright flowers.

This photo of a tree is a very artistic composition with ridged bark, colored leaves, brown branches, plus blue and white sky.

At first glance I almost thought abstract, with the colors and shapes. A closer look showed the details of the tree and leaves. Isn’t nature amazing in the colors and shapes it produces?

The photographer has really captured a great image in this picture. I think this would be a wonderful framed print that would be sure to attract attention.

Today’s featured art is Home by Sunset by Sheryl Checkman

I love sunsets and water. This photo captures a beautiful sunset with a sailboat at it’s mooring with the setting sun reflecting off the water. The light ripples in the water and lone cloud floating near the sun create a stunning image.

It looks so peaceful and restful. I imagine myself lounging on a tropical beach sipping a cool drink, when I look at this. There’s just something about being near the water that’s so great.
