What great photograph of these critters! The cute Vole is peeking out at you, and the frogs eyes are intently watching while it floats in the water. These animals are really captured well in wonderful photos that I can easily visualize becoming framed prints hanging on a wall.

Farmland is most inviting to me as a artist. The setting is natural. The combination of buildings, trees and surouding land always make for a picture. Barns are some of artists favorite subjects, and old barns mostly. You don't see many paintings of new barns. Age adds character, just as in people. The same setting can make many paintings, depending on the lighting, morning or afternoon, the sky, the viewing angle, any number of possibities. I am always visualizing potential paintings when I drive through farmland, every where I look. These paintings are a few that I was able to capture.
