Loxly Gallery Giclee Print Review

I received a package from Loxly Gallery today with a 13 x 17 inch giclee print. It arrived by Priority Mail in nice sturdy cardboard.

I found the giclee print inside stunning. It’s a fantasy / science fiction work by Elizabeth Edwards.

My photograph really doesn’t do it justice. The detail and colors, of the planet and swirling nebula are amazing. Great artwork and a great print.

This close up clipping from the photo shows some of the detail. The detail shows much better when seeing it in person.

You can compare these photos to how the art is show on Loxly Gallery…

And… For a bit of perspective on the print’s size… A photo with a model artfully directing your attention to the print, seemed appropriate. Not having a lovely professional model handy… I pretended to show off the print like a good looking model would. :P

Now I need to find a frame and get the print in it, in order to show it off!

To sum things up… A Thumbs Up, for both Loxly Gallery and artist Elizabeth Edwards! :D

    Elizabeth,

It was great to see your work in person. I’ve been amazed at the fantastic space art you create.

Aww… Thanks! I’m sure you would have been a much better model. ;)

I, too, have seen examples of art prints from Loxly Gallery. They are among the best POD (Print On Demand) prints that I have ever seen. I have been working with photography since the days of large cameras and long rolls of film (Kodak 220 in a Roliflex) and have seen printing at all levels of quality. The digital print equipment used by the folks at Loxly Gallery is of utmost quality.
